Our client, a sophisticated global law firm, has an active need for a tax lawyer with a transactions-focused practice and LL.M in Taxation to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Advise and assist clients with tax transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, tax credits, fund formations and international investments

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience handling tax transactions in a law firm environment
· LL.M in Taxation
· Excellent academic credentials

Chicago (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000+.
