Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in all facets of employment law, including defending employers in federal and state courts and before the EEOC and other administrative bodies
· Manage a broad spectrum of employment and commercial litigation matters
· Provide strategic, day-to-day employment counseling to clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of employment and commercial litigation experience, as well as employment counseling
