About the Position:
Our client, a premier national Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an intellectual property litigator with strong patent litigation experience to join its Chicago office an associate. This practice has a national reach and regularly prosecutes and defends infringement, unfair competition, and misuse matters in courts across the country, and the ideal candidate for this role will have a degree and/or experience with electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in patent litigation matters in courts across the country, including the USPTO and U.S. International Trade Commission
· Advise clients throughout all stages of cases involving patent infringement and other intellectual property litigation

Required Qualifications:
· 3-7 years of patent litigation experience
· Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $215,000 – $260,000.
