About the Position:
We are working with a Midwest-based Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a health care lawyer with regulatory and/or transactional experience to join its innovative practice as a mid/senior-level associate in its Chicago office. This nationally recognized practice represents health care systems and telemedicine companies in a full range of health care matters across the country.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients including health care systems, telemedicine companies, and private equity and venture investors
· Provide clients with regulatory health care counsel as it relates to fraud and abuse, HIPAA, scope of practice, Medicare and Medicaid program reimbursement, and price transparency

Required Qualifications:
· 4-8 years of health care regulatory and/or transactional experience
· Experience/prior work in the areas of health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health preferred
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $290,000 – $390,000.
