About the Position:
Our client, a sophisticated global law firm with an established Chicago office, is actively seeking a patent litigator to join its innovative practice as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in patent litigation cases in district court, and before the ITC and USPTO
· Handle all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, managing and drafting fact and expert discovery, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, drafting case-dispositive and evidentiary motions, trial, and appeal

Required Qualifications:
· 2-7 years of patent litigation experience
· Excellent academic credentials
· Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $410,000.
