About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic national law firm, is seeking a public finance lawyer to join its practice as a mid to senior-level associate in Chicago. This firm’s Public Finance practice is nationally Chambers-ranked and this firm represents some of the most well-known corporations in the country while offering the resources of a large law firm within a small office atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
· Provide legal support for partners in matters relevant to public finance including bond, underwriters, and disclosure counsel
· Advise clients on a range of matters related to public finance transactions
· Collaborate with talented and team-oriented attorneys across practice groups and offices

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of transactional experience
· An interest in public finance is preferred; prior public finance experience is a plus
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $265,000 – $355,000.
