About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest-based international law firm, has an active need for a corporate finance/trusts attorney to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This firm’s Corporate Finance team structures billions in complex debt transactions each year for public and closely held clients, and offers its attorneys excellent opportunities to work on high-stakes, market-defining financings across industries.

Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple transactions and assignments, including those involving structured finance, municipal debt and public finance, corporate debt, finance facilities, loan agent, and document custody
· Draft, review, and negotiate trust indentures, loan, agency, custodial, pooling and servicing, servicing, disbursement, master servicing, and other similar agreements
Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate trust clients on a variety of corporate trust transactions
· Experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents
· Top academic credentials and excellent writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $180,000 – $300,000.
