About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic law firm based in the Midwest, is actively seeking a litigator with financial fraud experience (including wire fraud) to join as an associate in Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, or West Palm Beach. This firm’s sophisticated litigation practice has extensive bench strength and employs the latest technology and strategies in the courtroom for a wide range of clients. In addition to working as part of the litigation team, the person in this role will work with a subgroup of the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice, which handles wire fraud matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients, including title insurance and financial industry entities, in matters involving counseling, investigation, strategic planning, and full litigation support
· Manage all stages of discovery, draft pleadings, argue motions, take depositions, and assist in trial

Required Qualifications:
· 5-6 years of litigation experience which must include investigations of wire fraud
· Strong writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $245,000 – $275,000.
