About the Position:
Our client, a top global law firm, has an active need for an experienced litigator to join its robust practice as an associate in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial
· Manage all aspects of legal discovery
· Take and defend depositions
· Draft and argue motions

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, from either a large law firm or as a Federal Court judicial clerk
· Excellent academic credentials
· Strong writing, research, and case management skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000+.
