This firms Data Privacy practice has counseled clients in nearly every industry through more than 20,000 data breaches and privacy incidents, and boasts a robust team of nationally-recognized and award-winning privacy attorneys.

Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with cybersecurity incidents, breaches, and responses to state and federal regulatory investigations
· Advise organizations on compliance with federal and international privacy laws

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of data privacy/cybersecurity law experience
· Experience with breach response and data privacy counseling
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for these positions is $190,000+.
