Responsibilities:
· Represent lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, including asset-based, real estate, and/or cash flow loans
· Draft a variety of transaction-related documents

Required Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions; will also consider general transactional experience, for candidates with under 3 years of experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $260,000.
