About the Position:
Our client, a well-established real estate boutique law firm, is seeking a real estate attorney to join its collaborative team in Chicago as a senior associate or junior partner. The firm handles a broad range of sophisticated real estate and construction matters, with a strong focus on development work across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities:
· Handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
· Support development projects across many asset classes, including industrial and multi-family
· Work on real estate finance matters
· Collaborate with construction and litigation team members as applicable
· Maintain and build client relationships

Required Qualifications:
· 5-10+ years of real estate transactional experience
· Experience with development work preferred
· Familiarity with acquisitions, sales, and leasing; finance experience is a plus but not required
· Large law firm or in-house experience considered
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
· Associates: $150,000 – $250,000, depending on seniority
· Income Partner: $200,000+ (Compensation based on formula for partner-level candidates)
