Experience with the insurance industry or insurance coverage is strongly preferred. Responsibilities:
· Support underwriting for new business and renewals across LPL, MLI, and EPLI, including application review, analysis, and coverage recommendations
· Guide firms through application and renewal processes and respond to coverage-related inquiries
· Coordinate policy binding, issuance, endorsements, and invoicing with internal teams and external partners
· Underwrite coverage changes, including limits, retention, ancillary services, mergers, and lateral hires
· Assist with reporting, audits, and data analysis, including preparation and validation of underwriting materials
· Contribute to underwriting operations, including system enhancements, process improvements, and documentation
· Travel (a few days per month) required
Required Qualifications:
· 10-15+ years of litigation or transactional experience
· Large law firm partner preferred
· Excellent client relations and communication skills and the desire for a strong client-facing position

The anticipated salary for this position is $325,000.
