About the Position:
Our client, a leading international law firm, has an active need for a real estate lawyer to join its practice as an associate in Chicago. Attorneys in this global practice have extensive experience across all areas of commercial real estate, and advise institutional owners, investors, REITs, private equity firms, lenders, and developers on complex transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Responsibilities:
· Represent corporate clients, developers, REITs, lenders, and institutions in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate
· Draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents
· Correspond directly with clients and counterparties

Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of real estate transactional experience
· Familiarity with AI tools strongly preferred
· Large law firm experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $365,000 – $420,000.
