Responsibilities:
· Litigate a variety of labor and employment matters, including urgent court relief, trade secret and noncompete disputes, wage and hour class actions, union negotiations, workplace compliance, and individual employee claims
· Work collaboratively with partners and attorneys across practice groups
Required Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of experience with a broad range of labor and employment matters
· Strong drafting, discovery, and trial preparation experience
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $290,000.
