About the Position:
Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an associate with five to eight years of commercial real estate experience. The role involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. This full-service firm represents some of the most well-known corporations in the country and offers a small office atmosphere with the resources of a large law firm.

Responsibilities:
· Draft, negotiate, and manage complex real estate documents and transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, easements, and financing arrangements
· Advise clients on development projects, joint ventures, and private equity-backed deals
· Collaborate with corporate, finance, and tax teams

Required Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of commercial real estate experience
· Experience with private equity transactions, preferably in relation to commercial real estate matters
· Experience in the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $245,000 – $297,000.
