Our client, a dynamic suburban Chicago law firm, is actively seeking an associate with at least one year of trusts and estates experience. · Develop a well-rounded trusts and estates practice, with hands-on exposure to estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, and non-probate matters

· Communicate directly with clients and grow a well-rounded practice through hands-on experience

Responsibilities:
· Draft and prepare a range of estate planning documents, including the associated court filings and accountings
· Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
· Build lasting client relationships through responsive, professional service, and keep current on trust and estate law so clients receive timely, well-informed advice

Required Qualifications:
· 1+ years of related experience
· Solid drafting and logical reasoning skills with a strong attention to detail
· Excellent time management and communication skills
· Admitted in Illinois and in good standing

Location:
North Chicago Suburb (hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary starts at $85,000, depending on experience
