Responsibilities:
· Advises employers on health & welfare plans, retirement plans, and other benefits
· Collaborate with members of other practice areas, including health, tax, and ERISA
· Frequent direct client contact with in-house attorneys and HR professionals
Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of benefits and compensation experience
· Admitted to practice in Illinois or eligible for admission
· Strong academic background

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $245,00 – $300,000
