Responsibilities:
· Advise clients at every stage of growth on transactional and financings across diverse industries
· Represent companies in contracting and governance matters
· Counsel on structuring matters, including business documents and agreements

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience advising companies and executives on their legal needs
· Experience managing transactions, drafting documents, and handling governance matters
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
