About the Position:
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a structured finance attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. This specialized subgroup of the firm’s finance practice handles corporate trust and related services for financial institutions and their trustees and agents, including facilitating transactions and preparing documents.

Responsibilities:
· Advise financial institutions that provide corporate trust and other related services in their various roles, such as trustee, collateral agent, collateral administrator, administrative agent, custodian, and securities intermediary
· Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements and offering documents, including indentures, collateral agreements, security agreements, and other ancillary documents

Required Qualifications:
· 1-5 years of structured finance experience, including representation of trustees and/or collateral agents
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $310,000.
