About the Position:
We are working with a dynamic Am Law 100 firm that has an active need for an insurance coverage attorney to join its established team as an associate in Chicago. This firm is internationally recognized as a leader in insurance coverage and claims, and this practice represents insurance clients in matters involving errors and omissions, directors and officers coverage, mass tort and environmental coverage, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, construction defect, and bad faith.

Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on insurance coverage matters, including a firm grasp of insurance clauses and contractual indemnity provisions
· Handle dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolutions, and trial when necessary
· Counsel on and provide coverage analysis for a variety of matters related to home, auto, professional, and environmental liability

Required Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of substantial insurance coverage experience; a background in commercial general liability is preferred
· Strong writing and analytical skills
· Excellent academic credentials
· Admitted to the bar in the State of Illinois

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $190,000 – $220,000.
