Our client, a top global law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Financial Regulatory & Compliance practice as an associate. The firm handles financial services matters for institutions of all sizes and their staff, and provides counsel to federal agencies.

Responsibilities:
· Advise on complex, cross-border regulatory and transactional matters and related regulation and compliance
· Advise financial institutions on navigating the federal and state regulatory environment governing payments, lending, and consumer financial services

Required Qualifications:
· 6+ years of experience with financial services regulatory and compliance matters, including applicable laws and licensing work
· Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and research skills
· Admitted to the bar in the State of Illinois or eligible for admission

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
