Responsibilities
• Draft complaints, briefs, motions, and other substantive litigation filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy
• Develop discovery strategy and manage document review
• Take and defend depositions and assist with all phases of litigation
• Handle consumer protection, privacy, and class action matters in federal courts nationwide
• Collaborate closely with partners on case strategy and trial preparation

Required Qualifications
• 2-5 years of litigation experience (class action litigation experience preferred)
• Privacy, consumer protection, or data breach litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in plaintiff-side litigation and complex class actions
• California bar admission is a plus, but not required

Location
Fully Remote (U.S.)

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $150,000, plus substantial bonus opportunity.
