Our client, a sophisticated Midwest-based law firm, is seeking a senior-level corporate attorney with a partial book of business to join it’s Chicago office. This practice serves a wide range of businesses, ranging from small and middle market companies in the manufacturing services industries to large, publicly traded enterprises with international operations. Responsibilities:
· Manage complex corporate transactions
· Advise clients on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and business formation
· Draft and negotiate agreements
· Provide mentorship to junior attorneys

Required Qualifications:
· 7+ years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A
· Partial portable book of business
· Strong client relationship skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000 – $450,000.
