About the Position:
Our client, an international Am Law 50 firm, is actively seeking a real estate lawyer to join the Chicago office as an associate. This role will focus on supporting partners and deal teams on complex data center and digital infrastructure transactions, and this firms real estate practice consistently earns top-tier recognition from publications such as Chambers USA, Legal 500 US and Law360.

Responsibilities:
· Represent major institutional clients, including data centers, in acquisitions, dispositions, development of diverse real estate projects, joint ventures, and related financings
· Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, development agreements, and financing documents
· Assist with commercial leasing matters, including lease arrangements, and managing/coordinating due diligence processes such as title and survey
· Support deal structuring and execution across domestic and cross-border matters

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions
· Experience handling complex data center and digital infrastructure transactions preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $260,000+
