Our client, an international Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its market-leading private equity M&A practice in Chicago. The firm represents many of the world’s leading private equity sponsors, advising clients on sophisticated transactions from initial investment through exit.

Responsibilities:
· Advise private equity clients through the full spectrum of mergers and acquisition matters, from routine deals to highly complex transactions
· Provide integrated support across board counseling, capital markets, executive comp, leveraged finance, tax, and fund formation
· Deliver practical, business-focused advice at every stage of a company’s life cycle

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience with M&A and private equity matters
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary is $235,000+.
