About the Position:
Our client, a large and sophisticated global law firm, is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join its Finance practice in Chicago. Home to one of the largest structured finance practices in the world, the firm represents issuers, lenders, sponsors, underwriters, and investors in complex securitization and other structured finance transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Responsibilities:
· Represent issuers, borrowers, sponsors, underwriters, and lenders in sophisticated asset-backed securities and structured finance transactions
· Advise clients on warehouse financing, securitizations, and other financings involving a wide variety of consumer and commercial assets
· Draft, negotiate, and structure complex financing transactions as part of a collaborative national practice

Required Qualifications:
· 4-8 years of experience handling asset-backed securities and other structured finance transactions, including warehouse financing
· Experience gained in a sophisticated law firm finance practice
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $310,000-$435,000.
