About the Position:
Our client, one of the world’s largest law firms, has an active need for a labor and employment litigator to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate. L&E trial lawyers at this firm handle complex litigation and frequently represent clients in individual and collective actions, arbitrations, mediations, at trial, and through other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. The practice represents a distinguished roster of multinational clients and attracts praise for its cross-border expertise and international focus.

Responsibilities:
· Litigate a broad range of employment disputes, including claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, unfair competition, and wage and hour violations
· Handle matters involving class and collective actions and other high-stakes, complex litigation
· Advise employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, providing strategic counsel on legal risk and compliance
· Represent clients in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and other tribunals across the United States
Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of labor and employment litigation experience
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Federal judicial clerkship is a plus
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
