About the Position:
Our client, an elite national plaintiff’s firm, is actively seeking a class action litigator to join its practice in a remote capacity. This firm has over 50 years of experience representing plaintiffs in financial fraud, consumer protection, privacy, antitrust, securities, defective drugs/devices, environmental, and financial and insurance litigation matters across the U.S. and abroad.

Responsibilities:
· Handle high volume of class action cases from inception to case resolution, particularly involving consumer protection/privacy matters
· Take and defend depositions
· Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
· Represent client interests in court proceedings
· Communicate regularly with clients

Qualifications:
· 8+ years of class action litigation experience (plaintiff side is a must)
· Excellent legal writing skills
· Strong academic credentials
· Large law firm experience is a plus

Location:
Remote – can be located anywhere in the United States (travel to court hearings/depositions required)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000+, depending on experience. The position offers very strong bonus potential.
