About the Position:
Our client, an innovative and robust international law firm, is actively seeking a real estate transactional lawyer with strong experience representing clients in the hospitality industry to join its Chicago office as an associate. This preeminent practice group works hand in hand with some of the industry’s most reputable owners, investors, developers, operators and financial institutions on sophisticated hotel and mixed-use transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Draft and negotiate legal documents, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and hotel management, license and franchise agreements
· Advise on and structure hospitality financings and handle deal closures
· Conduct due diligence for complex real estate transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of real estate transactional experience in a large law firm
· Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $345,000 – $400,000.
