Candidate Testimonials

I worked with Nancy Carey on my most recent career move. Nancy approached me about an opportunity and was great to work with throughout the hiring process – from submitting my resume to working through the offer details. Nancy always candidly answered my questions and provided me with as much insight as possible. She is friendly and approachable, so I felt entirely comfortable asking her questions which, in the past, I was uncomfortable asking recruiters. As a big law alum, she is very knowledgeable about the legal industry and what firms prize in candidates. She is a tremendous ally to have in your corner, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is wonderful personally and professionally!
Labor & Employment Associate,
Placed at AmLaw 50 Firm
I worked with Nancy to switch roles from a midsize firm in a secondary market to a reputable firm in a large metropolitan area. Nancy is very personable and genuinely cares about her clients. It was her patience and attention to my specific needs that allowed me to find a new position that checked all my boxes. I am thrilled that my new role is not just another job but instead a lasting career and I have Nancy to thank for that.
Real Estate Associate,
Placed at Premier Chicago Law Firm
Being in Chicago, Debbie and her colleagues get it. They know the market and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a junior associate. I highly recommend her and the team at McCormack Schreiber for their experience and expertise in legal recruiting.
