Our client, a global Am Law firm, is actively seeking a commercial litigation attorney to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. The litigation practice group represents technology, life sciences, and other high-growth companies in complex commercial and securities disputes.

Responsibilities:
· Handle complex commercial and securities litigation matters
· Work with and provide oversight to junior associates and professional staff
· Take on matters involving technology litigation, class action defense, and business disputes

Required Qualifications:
· 2-6 years of substantial litigation experience at a large law firm
· Strong academic credentials
· Experience with technology litigation, class action defense, or business disputes is desirable

Location:
Los Angeles – Downtown, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
