About the Position:
Our client, a leading international law firm, has an active need for a commercial litigation attorney to join its Century City office as an associate. This firm represents plaintiffs and defendants in sophisticated business disputes, spanning contract, tort, IP, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent a broad range of business and individual clients in complex litigation matters before federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
· Take an active role in managing large, sophisticated litigation matters

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of complex business litigation experience, ideally including a judicial clerkship, with at least one year of litigation practice at a law firm required
· Strong academic credentials paired with excellent written and oral advocacy skills
· Demonstrated experience handling large-scale, sophisticated litigation matters in both federal and state court proceedings as well as alternative dispute resolution

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
