Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a commercial litigator to join its Downtown Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm resolves complex disputes that arise in the corporate landscape while possessing an excellent track record.

Responsibilities:
· Handle all facets of litigation practice, including motions, discovery, brief writing, witness deposition preparation, taking and defending depositions, attending court, and trial preparation
· Analyze each case and develop tailored strategies for litigation

Required Qualifications:
· 4-8 years of experience with business litigation and commercial disputes, including drafting and arguing motions, deposition work, pleadings, and discovery
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location:
Los Angeles – Downtown, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $235,000.
