About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic national law firm, is seeking an intellectual property attorney (to join its Chicago office (title will be based on level of experience). The firm’s Intellectual Property practice handles complex patent and other IP litigation matters, representing clients in high-stakes disputes involving patent infringement, validity, and other intellectual property rights. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients with patent litigation and other intellectual property disputes, including trademark, copyright, trade secret, and related commercial litigation matters
· Manage all aspects of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and client communications

Required Qualifications:
· 6-12 years of experience with patent litigation and other intellectual property disputes
· Experience managing cases and serving in a lead supporting role is preferred
· USPTO registration strongly preferred
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $375,000.
