About the Position:
Our client, a national midsize law firm, is seeking an employment litigation attorney to join its Orange County office as a junior-level associate. The person in this role will handle all aspects of general litigation and employment matters, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Responsibilities:
· Handle complex employment litigation matters and manage multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial
· Conduct and defend depositions and argue dispositive motions
· Draft and negotiate settlement agreements
· Develop and implement litigation strategies and budgets
· Assist with business development efforts to drive growth and strengthen client relationships

Required Qualifications:
· 1 year of litigation experience
· Strong legal research and writing skills
· Excellent communication skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $135,000 – $145,000.
