About the Position:
Our client, a prominent global law firm, has an active need for project finance lawyers in the energy space to join as associates in Chicago. This industry-leading practice has an international presence, uniquely positioning itself to bring new projects to fruition and to commence infrastructure investment transactions of all types across the globe.

Responsibilities:
· Represent sponsors, developers, utilities, and financial institutions in connection with project development, project finance, and general corporate transactions related to infrastructure projects
· Draft and negotiate energy services agreements, design‑build contracts and related project documentation
· Manage transaction workflows for major infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of experience in tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000.
