About the Position:
Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a commercial litigation attorney to join its Irvine office as an associate. The firm advises and represents business of all size in complex commercial disputes nationwide, combining strategic counseling and courtroom advocacy with practical solutions tailored to clients’ business goals.

Responsibilities:
· Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes involving contract claims, business torts, fraud, trade secrets, partnership and shareholder issues, and unfair competition
· Help manage cases from initial assessment through trial or resolution, including participation in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
· Prepare and argue motions, coordinate written discovery, and take and defend depositions
· Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy, practical advice aligned with clients’ business objectives, and client development efforts

Required Qualifications:
· 2-6 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters
· Hands-on experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
· Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $200,000+.
