About the Position:
We are working with an Am Law 50 firm that has an active need for a patent litigation attorney to join its Century City Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm helps clients protect, commercialize, and enforce patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets through patent prosecution, licensing and technology transactions, and IP litigation.

Responsibilities:
· Draft pleadings, briefs, and motion papers in patent litigation and other intellectual property disputes
· Analyze patent claims and technical issues to help develop claim construction, infringement, and validity arguments
· Assist with fact and expert discovery, including preparing witnesses for depositions and trial
· Support litigation teams with pre-suit investigations, case preparation, and trial proceedings

Required Qualifications:
· 1-5 years of experience at a large law firm
· Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science

Location:
Los Angeles – Century City, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $225,000 – $365,000.
