Our client, a top Am Law firm, is seeking an investment management attorney to join its practice as Of Counsel in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Assist investment management firms with regulatory matters, including registration, compliance, disclosure, conflicts of interest, and SEC regulatory examinations
Analyze complex regulatory matters
· Assist institutional investors in with the structuring and terms of their investments
· Represents buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market

Required Qualifications:
· 7+ years of experience with investment adviser regulatory matters, including ’40 Act and other federal securities laws
· Experience in a law firm, the Securities and Exchange Commission, or a similar industry participant
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $350,000+.
