Liz Davies

Liz Davies is a Managing Director at McCormack Schreiber Legal Search. She began her legal recruiting career in 2008 and focuses on partner and associate placements across top-tier law firms and in-house legal departments. Liz is known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and strong judgment in guiding both clients and candidates through the hiring process.

She works closely with firms and legal teams to understand their specific needs and has a track record of identifying candidates who align not only on experience, but also on long-term fit.
