About the Position:
Our client, an established mid-size Chicago law firm, has an active need for a trusts and estates attorney to join its sophisticated and growing practice as a mid-level associate. This firm is well-known for its collegial environment and attorneys in the estate planning practice work closely with clients to achieve their goals while honoring each client’s unique values, desires, and family dynamics.

Responsibilities:
· Structure and draft core estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
· Prepare gift and estate tax returns
· Manage estate and trust administration matters, including probate proceedings and trust funding

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of trusts and estates experience
· Desire for a client-facing practice assisting high net worth individuals and families

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $175,000.
