About the Position:
We are working with an international Am Law 100 firm that has an immediate need for an antitrust regulatory lawyer to join as a mid-level associate in its Chicago office. This firm’s Antitrust & Trade Regulation practice has been recognized by Chambers and advises clients on all aspects of competition law worldwide.

Responsibilities:
· Handle compliance relating to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act
· Assess HSR reportability and prepare HSR forms
· Antitrust analysis of competitor transactions and general antitrust counseling

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of antitrust law experience including M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling
· Excellent academic credentials
· Previous federal clerkship strongly preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $300,000.
