About the Position:
Our client, a sophisticated finance-focused firm with offices across the country, is seeking an attorney to join its Chicago office as an Asset Securitization Associate. This industry-leading practice is focused on helping clients finance a broad range of asset classes, and its clients include some of the largest U.S. and foreign financial institutions, investment funds, and insurance and finance companies. Target candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience, including structured finance, secured and unsecured credit facilities, or capital markets.

Required Qualifications:
