This practice focuses on assisting clients with financing across a broad range of asset classes, and clients include some of the largest U.S. and foreign financial institutions, investment funds, and insurance and finance companies.

Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients in their financing transactions across a range of asset classes
· Advise clients on debt and equity issues related to capital markets transactions
· Draft and negotiate offering documents
· Advise clients on acquisitions of portfolios of financial assets

Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of experience with structured finance, secured and unsecured credit facilities, or capital markets
· Strong academic credentials
