About the Position:
We are working with a leading global law firm with an immediate need for a litigator to join its aerospace, automotive and product litigation and regulatory practice in California. This innovative practice represents airlines, airports, manufacturers of automotive, commercial, aviation, space, military, and consumer products, and their insurers. Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive litigator with strong knowledge of this industry and excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities:
· Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
· Prepare status reports and recommendations to clients
· Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests and interrogatories

Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of litigation experience, including discovery, motions, and state and federal court experience
· Experience in the field of aviation, products liability, and automotive warranty is desired

Location:
Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco preferred (open to other CA locations)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000 – $250,000.
