About the Position:
Our client, an elite Am Law 50 firm, has an active need for a banking/finance lawyer to join its distinguished practice as an associate in Chicago. This practice group has an international reach and its clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.

Responsibilities:
· Represent investment banks, funds, other financial institutions, and corporate borrowers in acquisition financings
· Handle a range of lending transactions, including investment grade, leveraged cash-flow, and asset-based syndicated credit facilities
· Structure, negotiate, and document financing arrangements

Required Qualifications:
· 3-7 years of banking/finance experience, including executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 – $435,000.
