About the Position:
Our client, a sophisticated international law firm, has an active need for a bankruptcy/restructuring lawyer (2-4 yrs) to join its Finance and Restructuring practice in its Chicago office as an associate. This practice represents clients in a range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on the full range of bankruptcy and finance matters, including corporate debt restructurings and related litigation

Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience
· Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $210,000 – $280,000.
