About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm with a recognizable roster of loyal clients, is actively seeking a bankruptcy litigation attorney to join as a mid/senior-level associate in its Chicago office. This practice group represents clients in a variety of bankruptcy and default litigation including lender liability, subordinations, fraudulent transfer, and director and officer claims. Target candidates will have 3 or more years of bankruptcy litigation experience including secured transactions and knowledge of the UCC and Bankruptcy code.
