About the Position:
Our client, a top Am Law 50 firm with a strong international footprint, has an active need for a business litigation attorney to join its Downtown Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm represents corporations, financial institutions, and executives in every state of dispute resolution, from early risk assessment to trial and appeal.

Responsibilities:
· Handle a broad range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, class actions, business torts, arbitration-related litigation, and regulatory investigations, for clients across multiple industries
· Prepare key briefs, pleadings, legal memoranda, and examination outlines, and conduct supporting legal research
· Lead discovery efforts, including document review and depositions, and take part in expert preparation, hearings, and trial
· Serve as a lead associate on matters, interfacing directly with clients and overseeing junior attorneys and support staff

Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of civil litigation experience at a law firm, with a focus on commercial disputes
· Outstanding research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Los Angeles – Downtown, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000.
